Student Leadership & House System

Where Every Learner Leads, and Every House Counts.

We believe in nurturing responsible, confident, and service-minded individuals who are equipped to lead with integrity and purpose. Our Student Leadership & House System is a vital part of our educational philosophy—offering learners real opportunities to grow as leaders, collaborators, and role models in our school community.

Student Leadership

We empower students to take on meaningful leadership roles that cultivate accountability, teamwork, and decision-making skills. Student leaders are selected based on merit, character, and commitment to school values.

Key roles include:

  • School Prefects: Senior leaders representing student interests and upholding school standards.
  • Class Captains & Vice Captains: Supporting classroom management and peer engagement.
  • Club Heads & Team Leads: Leading extracurricular initiatives, academic clubs, and special projects.
  • Student Council Representatives: Serving as a bridge between students and administration, contributing to school improvement discussions.

Student leaders are guided by staff mentors and participate in leadership training programs to enhance their confidence, communication, and service ethic.

The House System

Our House System fosters camaraderie, healthy competition, and school spirit. Every student and staff member belongs to one of our four Houses, each with its own identity, colors, and values. Houses compete in a variety of academic, sporting, and cultural events throughout the school year.

The House System:

  • Promotes teamwork and belonging
  • Encourages participation and inclusion
  • Builds resilience and friendly competition
  • Instills values of fairness, effort, and achievement

House Competitions

Inter-house competitions include:

  • Sports Day
  • Debates & Public Speaking
  • Spelling Bees
  • Arts & Talent Shows
  • STEM Challenges
  • Quiz Contests

Students earn house points through good behavior, academic achievements, and participation—contributing to their house’s overall ranking. The winning house is celebrated at the end-of-year awards.
